1. Ayam Betutu

2. Sate Lilit
Sate Lilit is the original traditional satay from Bali. Sate Lilit is made from minced chicken, mackerel fish, or pork and mixed with Balinese spices. Instead of skewering the meat, Sate Lilit is made by wrapping (‘Lilit’ in the local language) the minced meat around the bamboo or lemongrass sticks then grilled on the charcoals.

Serombotan is originally from Klungkung, Bali which is a mixture of vegetables such as long beans, spinach, kale, beans, eggplant, and bean sprouts. And for the seasoning it’s called as Kalas, which is a kind of coconut milk containing a mixture of turmeric, galangal, onion, garlic, and coriander. This seasoning is combined with peanuts sauce and other spicy seasoning.
