5. Nasi Jinggo
Nasi Jinggo is a traditional food made by white rice served in a banana leaf packet with side dishes and sauce. The Rice is served with a fist-sized and side dishes are typically fried sauce, tempe, serundeng and shredded chicken. You must eat it more than one, because the taste and the portion of Nasi Jinggo will make you want to eat more.
6. Bubur Mengguh (Mengguh Porridge)
Mengguh Porridge is traditional porridge from northern parts of Bali and often served during traditional ceremonies. Mengguh Porridge is made by rice and coconut milk served with sliced of chicken and watered with chicken broth and Balinese vegetables that served separately. 7. Nasi Tepeng
Nasi Tepeng (Tepeng Rice) is a local traditional food from Gianyar Regency. The taste is spicy and very delicious because it is cooked by ‘basa genep’ (local mix sauces, the complete blend of spices). Tepeng Rice is served with vegetables such as beans, red beans, young jackfruit, eggplant, moringa leaf, and shredded coconut. Tepeng Rice served on banana leaf. 10. Tipat Cantok
Tipat Cantok is a food that consist pieces of ketupat with boiled vegetables. The general vegetables that often added to Tipat Cantok are water spinach, string beans, winged beans, and many more. Some other food that added to Tipat Cantok is pieces of fried tofu. All ingredients are mixed with peanut sauce. This sauce is pulverized until it become smooth and adds a bit of water until this peanut sauce become viscous.
