The program spans a range of ticketed and free events, including Cooking Demonstrations, Workshops and Master classes, Special Events, Food Forums, Film Screenings, Markets, Food Tours, and much more. Beside of those programs the Think, Talk, Taste discussion forum is one of the most anticipated programs to share thoughts in the culinary industry.
Ubud Food Festival 2017
Ubud Food Festival is a major annual project of the Yayasan Mudra Swari Saraswati, with a vision of enriching the lives of Indonesians through community-building and cultural programs. It is the sibling event of Ubud Writers & Readers Festival and Bali Emerging Writers Festival. Ubud Food Festival will return from 12th – 14th May 2017.
In 2017, the festival’s new theme is ‘Every Flavor is a Story’, this celebrates the history of Indonesian food, delving deeper into the ingredients, recipes and traditions and what they say about Indonesian culture, society, heritage and geography.
This year’s event will feature a different tasting food experience than usual. Not just talking about the number of participants, but how diverse the food can be tried.
