One of the favorite cuisines is Serombotan. Serombotan is one of Balinese typical food that made from basic ingredients of boiled vegetables. The vegetables that used to make serombotan are bean sprout, string beans, bitter melon, watercress, spinach, and other kind of vegetables.
This typical food contains a good nutrition so that is really good and deserved to consume for your body health. This food is indeed come from Bali area, but Serombotan also famous in Java Island but with different name because Serombotan in Java Island called “Urap Sayur” that seasoned with coconut sambal and fried peanut. Serombotan is the traditional cuisine come from Klungkung Regency especially. Serombotan is one of the favorite foods for local people. This food is the affordable foods for us and for tourist also. If you’re traveler want to taste the Serombotan you can come to traditional food stall on the Balinese village.
